My dream and my life were shattered by Eliot Spitzer. Eliot Spitzer as the Attorney General of NYS filed seven perjured declarations in federal court. Spitzer and the perjured declarations were successful because my Pro-Se Civil Right Act of 1964 case was dismissed; I was denied my right to a jury trial; and the United States Supreme Court upheld the dismissal by not reviewing my case and the direct evidence presented that proved that the declarations contained lies and false statements. On November 2, 2010, Cuomo was elected to become the governor of New York State. Cuomo has refused to take any action(s) to make me whole.
